Supporting women in politics
We worked with the Pathways to Politics Program in Melbourne, designing and facilitating two workshops with the 2023 participants. The workshops were designed to establish a container of safety and respect, enable and foster connection, reflect on lived experience and set the foundation for their successful participation in the program.

Workplace sexual harassment
prevention e-learn
We designed a bold and challenging workplace sexual harassment prevention program informed by leading practice, literature, focus groups by staff and interviews with Subject Matter Experts. We developed and launched two e-learn modules to change workplace culture and ultimately, the lived experience of safety and respect of employees.

Working with people with psychosocial disability
We developed training for advocates and colleagues working with people with psychosocial disability using a human rights and trauma-informed approach. The training was intended to improve understanding of the lived experience of psychosocial disability and make a practical and positive impact on their experience of working.

Gender lens on philanthropic partnerships
We worked in partnership with Australians Investing in Women and the Melbourne Social Equity Institute to develop a framework for applying a gender lens to philanthropic partnerships. The framework was informed by research into philanthropic investment into women's housing and the establishment of an Expert Reference Group with experts from housing, women's, impact investing and philanthropic sectors.
